Terms & Conditions

Distributor Eligibility

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Registration is completed through a valid referral link.
• An Activation Kit purchase is required to activate a distributor account.
• No registration fee is charged.

Independent Distributor Status

• Distributors are independent business owners and not employees of Luma Naturals.
• Distributors are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses.

Activation Kit

• Activation Kits are non-refundable once shipped.
• Activation Kits are intended for business startup and product familiarization.

Retail Sales

• Distributors may resell products at the recommended retail price.
• Retail profits belong entirely to the distributor.
• Products may not be sold below distributor cost in a manner that damages the brand.

Commissions

• Commissions are paid on qualifying sales according to the current Compensation Plan.
• Commission calculations are based on completed and paid orders only.
• Returned or refunded orders may result in commission adjustments.

Rank Advancement

• All sales and leadership requirements must be achieved within one calendar month.
• Rank advancement is evaluated monthly.
• A distributor may only rank up one level per month unless otherwise approved by the company.

Rank Bonuses

• Rank bonuses are one-time payments earned upon first qualification of a rank.
• A distributor can only receive a specific rank bonus once.

Salary Eligibility

• Salary payments are earned monthly based on qualifying team sales.
• Salary qualifications must be achieved each month to remain eligible.
• Failure to meet the required team sales target may result in loss of salary for that month.

Active Status

• Distributors must maintain the required monthly maintenance target to remain active.
• Inactive accounts may lose eligibility for commissions, bonuses, salaries, and incentives.

Team Sales

Team sales include:

• New distributor activation kits
• Product purchases
• Product re-orders
• Cancelled, unpaid, or refunded orders do not count toward team sales.

Ethical Conduct

• Distributors must act professionally and respectfully.
• False income claims are prohibited.
• False product claims are prohibited.
• Distributors may not misrepresent Luma Naturals or its Compensation Plan.

Incentives & Trips

• Incentives and travel rewards are subject to qualification requirements.
• Qualification criteria may change from time to time.
• Rewards have no cash value unless stated otherwise.

Product Returns

• Damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are handled according to the Luma Naturals Return Policy.

Termination

Luma Naturals reserves the right to suspend or terminate any distributor account for:

• Fraud
• Unethical conduct
• Misrepresentation
• Violation of company policies
• Activities that damage the company brand

Changes to Policies

• Luma Naturals may update prices, policies, compensation plans, bonuses, and incentives at any time.
• Distributors will be notified of significant changes.
